To opt out of sharing information with our affiliate and nonaffiliated third parties, you may contact our office at 614-487-1010, during regular business hours and request an Opt Out Notice.
* If you sign the opt out notice at the time your account is opened or application is processed, the bank will honor your request immediately. However, you may opt out of the Bank's sharing agreements at any time. If you notify the Bank after your account is opened or application processed, the Bank agrees to stop sharing your information within 30 days from the date we receive your request. You may mail or present a written request in person to: First City Bank 1885 Northwest Boulevard, Columbus, Ohio 43212, to opt out of the Bank's information sharing agreements at a later time.
